DUQ  2006 –yildin bashlap - The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) Fondidin her yili oxshash bolmighan miqdarda yardem puli eliwatidu.NED ning bu pulni berishtiki ochuq elan qilghan meqsiti bilen eytqanda : “Insan heqliri we Demokratiyeni qanat yaydurush üchün, Uyghurlar arisidiki Demokratiye Terepdar Gurup we Rehberlerning iqtidarini ashurush we Etnik (Milli) Mesililerde DUQ Uyghurlar arisidiki Demokratiye Terepdar Gurup we Rehberlerni yighip ( yilda bir qetim?) yighin oyushturidu we Uyghurlarning  kishilik hoquqini himaye qilidighan paaliyetlerni elip berishi üchün….” Qatarliq noqtidin ibarettur.  Lekin bu pulning temi bilen DUQ diki xadimlar özlirini qanchilik derijide Demokratlashturalidi? Ularning Demokratlishiwatqini xitay üchün yumshawatqanliqimu? Mezkur yardem pulni qaysi  usul,qaysi shekilde emelileshtüriwatidu? DUQ ismigha layiq istil bilen dawam qiliwatamdu, yaki alghan pulgha layiq rastinla NED ning xizmitini qiliwatqan NED ning Uyghurlar ichidiki tarmaq teshkilati bolup qaldimu? Chünki DUQ hazirghiche NED ghila xizmitidin we ishletken xirajettin doklat tapshurup keldi. Emma Dunya uyghurlirigha maliyedin we bu maliyeni neme üchün, qaysi meqsette qobul qilip qaysi shekilde ishletkenliki toghrisida doklat,hesawat bergini yoq. DUQ ning peqet  Münchendiki tarmaq ishxanisi 2006-yildin  hazirghiche NED din alghan puli (  2010-yili  we 1013 –yilining hesawati txi  elan qilinmaptu. 2 yilliq  heswat buning sirtida) 6 yil ichide jemi 938 000 Toqquz yüz ottuz sekkizming doller. Bu heqte Dunya Uyghurlirining melumati barmu? DUQ Organ tor betide bu mesilini nemishke ochuq bayan qilip, keng xelq ammisining rayini almaydu? Xelqtin pulni,iqtisadni yoshurghan bilen Milletning setilip ketiwatqan teqdirini yoshurup qalalamdu?
TÖwende NED ning organ tor betide elan qilinghan DUQ gha munasiwetlik yilliq mayile omumi chiqimi teqdim qilindi.
